Call it a mid-life crisis but I decided on a career change after 20 years of selling cheese & fine foods it was time to follow my passion! Fitness & wellbeing!
A fan of fitness I have always participated in various sports. Rugby which took me abroad in my younger years, running, mountain biking (downhill, cross country & road) & snowboarding. I was involved with coaching and training rugby players in my youth.
I take great satisfaction in helping people achieve their personal best whatever their age or fitness level, improving their health, fitness and wellbeing.
My role is to support, motivate and advise you to achieve your Personal Best whether your goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, run a mile, improve your 10km time or walk a Munroe.
I train my clients at Sweat Gym in the Skypark or in the great outdoors (Kelvin or Pollok Park). I also operate Park Circuits which is an outdoor exercise group based at Park Circus.
Having played competitive sport with a history of sport related injuries and being a qualified Sports Massage Therapist I have the knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation and the focus and patience required for the road back to full fitness.
Season 2017/2018 I was given the opportunity to volunteer massage with both Glasgow Warriors Rugby and the Scottish ladies rugby team. I also volunteer on a weekly basis at my former rugby club GHA.
