Roisin qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree, and is currently undertaking the Theory of Podiatric Surgery Masters. She has worked as a Podiatrist both privately and within the NHS. Through her university career and beyond, she has spent time in the Netherlands and in Australia, and developed an understanding of health care out with the UK.
Roisin has her Prescription Only Medicines certificate, and is HCPC Registered and a Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
She has a keen interest MSK, sports injuries, rehabilitation, and paediatrics. However, she enjoys all areas of Podiatry including routine chiropody, vascular and neurological assessments, nail surgery, and wound care.
She is both an on and off-road runner, and takes part in various different sports, such as rowing, cycling and was a highly competitive swimmer and basketball player for many years.
